Although we have our official headquarters in Prague and offices in Pilsen and Bratislava, we evaluate ourselves as a Pilsen office. The main part of the office's staff is located, and therefore the processing of individual services is mainly provided in Pilsen.

An equally important agenda of the office is receivables management. We have been gaining experience in this field for many years and our office currently holds tens of thousands of claims. However, it is not only about representing clients in discovery and enforcement proceedings. Of course, the administration cannot be done without dealing with insolvency proceedings, incidents, inheritance proceedings and ultimately we deal with claims up to the level of the debtors' statutory bodies or the relative ineffectiveness of transfers of property, in which our clients' rights are curtailed. A significant specialisation in this segment is the law of promissory notes and the recovery of claims under promissory notes.
In handling these volumes of legal services, we keep pace with modern technologiesthat help us to manage our activities both at an impeccable level and with our own ease, without neglecting any of our duties. In addition to a wide range of cloud services designed not only for the management of the legal agenda, but also for the transmission of client files, we are also helped by artificial intelligence, direct work in the SAP systems of clients, etc. We are committed to the highest level of transparency and the attorney systems are capable of automated reporting of information from the files to us and our clients. The systems also provide the service of direct access to the client's user interface, where the client is entitled to retrieve information from his/her law firm file without further interaction from the firm. In doing so, we maintain the highest level of cybersecurity and all access is secured accordingly.
In the field of intellectual property We have search systems for searching for conflicting trademarks in the pre-registration phase or for monitoring them in the post-registration phase of a client's trademark, worldwide. The firm is also able to provide trademark registrations and any other IP services in other countries including the USA, UK, Germany, Austria, Poland, Croatia in cooperation with other partners. The firm's own acquisition of a trademark registration portal and its integration into the firm's own structure and operations was also significant for the firm. As a result of this acquisition, the firm handles in excess of hundreds of applications, oppositions and defences to oppositions to our clients' applications and related litigation, mainly in the competition field, each year.
A significant part of legal services is also provided in commercial spheres of law from basic corporate agenda through mergers and acquisitions to bond issues, including provision of reinsurance agent services, establishment of investment companies and funds and their operational matters, etc. We ensure a high standard of our services especially in the area of contract law. We represent leading companies in the sphere of mainstream retail chains and premium brands as well as engineering companies.
Among important clients Among the commercial companies are Plzeňský Prazdroj on the Czech and Slovak markets, the Czech representation of Samsung and their exclusive distributor on the Czech market, the exclusive importer of Rolls-Royce cars for the Czech market or the Czech representation of Max Aicher holding.
However, despite its high level of expertise, the firm does not deprive itself of the legal services provided in family, civil, construction, neighbour disputes or health law at the level of procedural guardianship of involuntarily committed individuals and related relations with health institutions. He demonstrates his social responsibility through numerous pro bono activities not only in the field of legal services, but also in the form of donations and support for charitable events.
